I enjoy building computer applications and it seems the best way to showcase what I can do is by creating a website with links to examples of my work. In my previous role as a system performance engineer at a large health insurance company, I learned about numerous emerging technologies that drive web application development; however, I did not have the opportunity to acquire the hands-on experience that I desired. I started developing web applications after taking a very generous voluntary retirement pack from my company and spending the time completing the long list of household projects I had, spending time with my children and grandchildren, helping my parents when father was not well, my mother after my father passed away and now removing the clutter from my home.
